Return Period
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Items must include the original packaging, tags, labels, and any accessories.
- Items must be in resalable condition (unless faulty or damaged).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Items are marked as final sale or non-refundable at checkout.
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate the return or refund process, please contact us at support@bugaboobaby.store within the applicable timeframe. Provide the following details:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the product (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)
Our customer service team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team. Do not return items to the sender’s address without authorization.
Refund Conditions
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Defective or damaged items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We will issue a full refund or replacement upon confirmation.
- Incorrect item received: Notify us within 7 days. We will send the correct item and arrange for the return of the incorrect one.
- Undelivered orders: If your order does not arrive within 15 business days of delivery confirmation, please contact us. After investigation, we will resend the order or issue a full refund.
- Change of mind: Accepted within 30 days, provided the product meets the return conditions. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Canceling an Order
- You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us at support@bugaboobaby.store.
- Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Refund Processing Time After we receive and inspect the returned product:
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
- Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
